I want to get a server.

How do you get a server on C:SS? I know its a pretty noob question, but I dont know. ( Seriously )

Several ways,

1. Buy one off of a server hosting company

2. Get a decent connection then a nice lil dedi box and set one up manually

3. or if you rather just have one where you and your mates can have a laugh then simply run a small private Source dedicated server.

Mani-Mod - Used pretty much every-where: http://www.mani-admin-plugin.com

MetaMod: Source - Has DM mod also: http://www.sourcemm.net/

There are others, zombie etc but it's not too worth looking into it unless you want something specific.
