I wanted more of DOG

To be honest I wanted more action from DOG, I mean a decent part of a chapter with him following you around and attacking enemy. Although it might mean you dont get much of a hit at the enemy, you could save him from certain enemys. what you think... :thumbs: but I hope he is seen more in Half Life 3.

Yeah, I was thinking about that. For such a cool character, you see him in action all of 45 seconds. Kind of a waste if you ask me.

Hey but tell me seeeing dog in action I thought he is ever thouger then freeman, I mean he could take a strider and just trow him away and I don't think gordon could defeat him, exept with the uber zero-point energy gun.

Or he could just take a Strider and snap it's legs like a twig. DOG had only thrown large objects at Combine troops, it would be cool if two things; 1. If he would just run up to a soldier, pick it up with one hand and slam it ferociously into the ground. 2. If there were a gibbing system, then simply twear the soldier apart.

Probably didn't see dog more because the scripting would take too long. Besides, if he was there all the time it wouldn't be as cool.

True, he'd totally lose his coolness factor.

Yeah, that feeling of wanting more is good. If we got any more we'd just be spoiled and we'd get over him.

Hopefully he'll make some more appearances in HL3 and do even more cool things.

I would have liked if he had maybe ripped something off the dropship as it flew away and threw it back into the street. Or if you saw it starting to smoke and fly eratically as though he'd damaged it.
