for the 9800xt, I knew it would be expensive, But some one got me a deal I could not pass up. a All in wonder 9800pro for only $420 canadian dollars, thats an insane price, it doesnt get better then that. they average about $566 in most stores.

What are Canadian dollars compared to U.S. dollars? In the U.S. they range from $299-$345.

if you were to look at it as american prices the card averages in stores here around $556 canadian or $412USD and im getting it for $420 canadian which is about $311USD

dont get the all in wonder unless you plan on using all its features. If you are not going to use the video capture stuff then just get a regular 9800 pro.

there's a 20 dollar diffrence from either the non wonder or the wonder, so I might as well spend 20 bucks and get all of it.

save the 20 bucks, and buy booze. HL2 requires you to have at least 30% alcohol in your veins.

Ive already saved 126 dollars from the normal store price, so that's enough for me.

The alcohol level in the e3 computer was like .47 something, if I remember correctly. So you're going to need a lot more booze money.

Canadian beer has a much higher alchol % then american beer, most of us consider their beer like flavourd water.

yay clan sponsors, i'm getting a 9800pro for 250 american.

Why not get a 9800 non-pro and overclock it, so easy, plus they are only $380 canadian

if you oc a 9800 np and dont add extra cooling(which costs money) then you will cut its life by nine tenths.

why not pay 40 dollars more (not much) and get a real PRO (won't void the warrenty) and have it a All in wonder card to boot. I think I'll do that yea. lol

I dont see why you just dont buy a 9800non-pro and clock it to a 9800pro for $235

becuase I can't get a non pro for 235, Your thinking american prices Im talking canadian. (and I can just go ahead and overclock my pro to xt speeds) there is no guarente that any card you buy will overclock well, people get bad appless at times and they hardly overclock at all. (and like I said I don't want to void the warrenty) becuase overclocking does void the warrenty you know.

only time I overclock is when the card has trouble playing the newest games at a decent speed. hence there is NO point to overlock any 9800 series card it plays all current games great and future ones to boot. so unless I want a 3dmark score higher then those people that are in love with it, there is no point to overclock.

if you have a brain dont bother with the all in wonder... wait for the XT

does no one read? lol Im getting the all in wonder for like 150 lower then what I would normaly pay, this is a one time only thing, If I waited for the XT it would be around 600 dollars instead of 420 for the AIW9800pro, Its easy to see what has the better value.

shapeshifter pay no mind to the people that have replied in this thread, you got a good deal, congrats.:)
