I went to a gay club yesterday.

Being a fan of the electronic dance scnene and a cluber by heart, a girl-friend invited me to this "club" where they only had electronic music as Mexicans are not really big fans of this culture, its hard to find clubs with this kind of music.

When we finally arrived I realised it was a gay club. I said, what the hell, lets go. The music was great, preety big club too. People where nice as in the way that they didn't como to bother you as they saw I was with a girl.
We had to leave at 2am, as , you know, Im preety liberal, but being in a club where all the man around you start making out it grosses you out. :/

I passed by the outside of a gay club in Washington DC while on vacation. It was called "The Circle" and the logo was a circle circumscribed around an upside-down triangle. That must have been about nine years ago. I only remember it because I had never seen any gay people before.

I have never been to a gay club, and i probably never will. I have a few gay mates, great lads! But i just dislike the scene - including music and the extrovert nature. Wouldn't complain about it, i just wouldn't go!

My mate told me about a colleague of his that's been coming onto him (a male of course), and how its so weird/awkward. Never happened to me, but god knows what i'd do. I don't think i'd be flattered...

no, i haven't, but i wouldn't be totally against it. been to a gay party. got hit on quite a bit. funny actually. the only thing that weirds me out is when people don't tell you and you think they're something else. I became friends with some guy in college who would give me hugs. I just thought he was nice. After a couple of months, he admitted he was AC/DC. It really freaked me out. I couldn't go near him after that. Normally if you're gay and I know it, it doesn't bother me. It's just when you masquerade as something else and then surprise me, I feel betrayed and kinda weirded out.

I can't remember what it was called, it was just shy of Temple Bar, as I recall it was just down the street from the Mercantile. (Mercantile Guinness ftmfw).

Gay clubs/bars are usually pretty good. The atmosphere is nice, theres never any trouble, you always end up laughing at some thing or another.. its fun. Go with a gay mate or two (maybe girls are a good idea too though, ha ah!) and its even better!
