Say if Bush won the election.

What would you think of the American in people in general for letting him win. I want outsiders opinion only but even those of Bush haters in America are welcome too. What would you think?

Like another 4 years of hell, stupid americans?

What?

I would'nt care, as im not american..

I'll lose all sympathy for you for whatever harm he may cause on America.
You done it to yourselves eh :p

Not to say Kerry would do better of course.

Im not saying i do or dont like bush but..its not like the world is comming to an end if he says as the president. And life wouldnt change all that much from what it is now.

Since sparfa hasn't change his sig. Beware tomrrow

Your puny world is doomed with or without him, nothing will make a difference! NOTHING!
*cough*
Um, ignore that, please.

hmmm give us a bit more credit than that ...we do know how to string words together to make a coherent sentence without resorting to bashing an entire nation.

if bush wins so do the terrorists. Iraq is their biggest recruiting camp

I'm more worried about if Kerry gets elected

I would pity you guys.. (Americans) simply because so many people all over the world would blame all americans for voteing him in again...

Whoever wins....We lose [/overly Dramatic]

I probably wouldn't think much at all...though I suppose I would rather Bush win than Kerry. I think Bush i alright, but its not just that...So far, the people running against him (Gore and Kerry...Obviously) just don't seem to have cut it at all.

Great! Global Warming here we come!

Ha...Europe, Australia and parts of Asia are as bad if not worse.

You know, not everybody hates Bush and the Americans. A lot of people like you guys, and him and the majority don't know much about anything and are swayed by a few phrases on the news...so one week they hate him, the next they love him.

Am I the only one who thinks someone might try an assassination attempt?

Depends whose life we're talking about.

To answer the original question, I'm not going to judge an entire country of people just because a certain person was elected. As much as I might disagree with their choice, people have a right to vote for whoever they want.

Though I would of course be extremely unhappy with such an outcome. Hopefully, it won't happen.

I just don't know why anyone would vote for him...it doesn't make sense!

But it doesn't have to I suppose.

Well since you live in canada, I suspect voters in the American election are few and far between :p

Yeah... just thought I would point out that I don't really prefere either candidate over another at present...

I dislike American politics at present. From what I can see a great deal of people vote because of what the candiate looks like in terms of reputation, etc... and not actually what their party says about issues..

Bah, I could be wrong.... But from what limited things I see... I just don't like it... ;(

if bush wins ill shoot him myself...but y cant someone else do it????? cmon america use your heads for once.

Yeah. Put all those guns of yours into great use, just for once.

If Bush wins I think that the country may be in better shape than if Kerry were to win.

;( But then again, maybe not. I hate having to choose between only two canidates. Especially when they both suck. Again.

If Bush wins, then America deserves no sympathy from the rest of the world. If he's put back into office it's pretty obvious we don't give a damn about the rest of the world. So then why should they give a damn about us?

There are a lot of closed-minded people in this country... I learned that from my state's vote on the gay marriage constitutional amendment... and they're more likely to vote Republican than Democrat...

Bush is a good, Christian man!

I've considered voting for him, but the more I've come to see who he's representing (not the Americans I want the world to see)... no... just no...

nah i hate him long time :)

I do have to be somewhat alarmed by the inability of so many people to see from both sides of the issue here. Those who vote for him DO have their reasons, regardless of how much the rest of the world may belittle them.

it has nothing to do with belittling their choice. I personally dont care all that much about domestic issues (most dont affect me directly), to me the single most important issue (well enviroment close second) is iraq. Since the current administration is responsible for the invasion, naturally I'd want someone else to win.

oh and I'm scared of the neo conservatives. ;( - too "dont do this, be this way, follow this" etc (admittedly a sorry ass excuse but I'm too lazy to get into specifics :) )

If America won, it'd put my mind to rest that indeed, America is horribly corrupt to the core, and irreversibly closed to outside opinions.

I'd blame the American people a bit, but I'd blame the media more.

You people know that technically, Gore was more wanted for president by the people the first time around, right?

Nope, not at all. I might just do it.
I've got my Remington LTR .308 Win. Sniper Rifle locked and loaded just in case. :p

No, really. If he does win...I don't know what I would do, because there isn't much I could or would do. I really wouldn't care.

If only I was 18 and had the power to vote... :(

I could give a rats ass if he wins or lose.

I would feel bad for the brits..

tell tony blair to get off his knees and stop sucking bush off.

Yeah, it would be so great if we got a lying, wish-washy traitor without a plan for the future in office, wow, i would be like, yeah, america's so cool, or not, kerry should go back to vietnam since he loves it so much, get his ass out of america, i plan on going into the military, but if he wins i will seriously reconsider, he has no direction except that bush is wrong and that the war is wrong, how can anyone like that get elected?

sadly, i don't trust CNN, and I still stand behind my position, I just doubt Kerry will be a good leader at all, especially if I was in the military, I don;t trust him, but thanks for the info, I'll look at the other sites
edit: looking at his military position on the one site i'm even more worried

You're quite an asshole aren't you? Kerry is a traitor, but the draft-dodging duo in Washington aren't? Im sorry, you're just an ignorant ass.

Asshole, eh? Only when I need to be, sorry if I don;t believe Kerry's best for the country and that I have an opinion and that I expressed that opinion, if that makes me an asshole, so be it, but, even leaving Kerry's military record out of it, he has hardly been quick to say what he's going to do about Iraq after he gets in office and that worries me something bad
