I havent watched the video in it's entirity but I've seen enough to know they're most likely suffering from multiple afflictions; from downs syndrome to autism to tourettes and fragile x ..most have an iq that is considerably less than average, at least in the way we measure it ...but that doesnt make them any less human, laughing at their affliction (lets be honest, it's not what they're saying it's how they say it) is just kinda of stupid and immature
