I am more obsessive than obsessive compulsive, but I have gone back to check to see if I've run over someone on the road or in parking lots, and I frequently recheck PMs or e-mails to make sure I didn't include anything embarrasing.

There are alot of random stuff I do...like I said, most obsessive (constantly worrying I said something that I actually didn't, or worrying that I didn't do something I know I did. Occasionally, if I get an opportunity, I'll make sure I did it)

I do some pretty random stuff. Sometimes after I wash my hands having gone to the toilet, I'll check five or six times to check that the water's still not on (this means walking back and forth through the house going 'Uhhh, did I turn the tap off or not?'). Usually I'll then screw the tap closed as hard as possible, usually driving the next person to wash their hands insane.

Same thing with my phone/ipod. I'll stop using it and put it in my drawer. Then I'll pull it out again, check the screen to see if I turned it off, put it back, and repeat.

One time on another forum I edited a single post 7 times.

Sometimes while playing a game I'll go into the save menu and save three or four times before exitting. You should see my Oblivion save-count.

I guess if you need something checked over and over again with ridiculous attention to detail then I'm your man.

I have a strange obsession with drawing cubes. I don't understand why. Everyday, I draw about 4-10 boxes a day on a piece of paper. Even papers I'm supposed to hand back to the teacher, there's like 3 boxes on the front and 2 big ones on the back. I think I might have dyslexia problems with numbers as well.

I do that one, I also have this thing i do after EVERYTHING i type, i have to type Q or q and hit backspace immidiatley....

Its probably from too much css methinks, But usually i send people "q" by mistake and have to explain myself :/

i have this thing that after I copy and paste something, i have to write "d" and copy it. it started when i didn't want to have any porn site or anything in the clipboard or some strange IRC sentence, but now it's like, everytime i casually hit ctrl-v a "d" plops up.

When I'm riding in the car, I tap my foot to the beat of the music. Every signpost or whatnot on the side of the road MUST be passed at the exact moment that my toe is tapped.

OCD is a great way to pass the time.

I'm a bit odd also. I hate bones that you can feel by touching, especially the bridge of my nose and a part on the top of my foot. I hate when any of my fingers rub against each other, or when my wrists touch a table. I hate when I notice one leg is longer than another, or any other body part is assymetrical. I hate when people don't capitalize or punctuate correctly, especially me. I hate when there are eraser marks on my page, or paint in a part of the piece that is meant to be a different color. I hate having to call someone I haven't called before, or in a long time. I hate when someone sings offkey. I hate needles of any kind.

Any of these things occuring makes me weak, distressed, and gives me a headache.

Furthermore, I try to avoid darkish green or light grey, because they are the preferred colors of someone who bullied me in school. Everytime I see any of the exact colors I get visibly scared everytime. Whenever I'm in a car, I have to point my finger so that it follows the edge of where sky appears and ground objects stop. I also bite my nails so as little white is showing as possible.

I used to have to never step on a crack, and if between cracks I had to make sure I stepped no more than twice before the next crack divides the ground. Luckily I got over that one. Okay, maybe I'm quite a bit weirder then any of you.

Do you only hate this when your fingers are dry, or even when they are well moisturized/normal? I don't like touching my hand to anything if I get that dry, dusty sensation, nor on my feet.

Either way really. If they're wet, they're sticky, and if they're dry, they're gross.

Ugh, board ate up my long post. Let's try again.

I hate when bones are noticably felt, especially the bridge of my nose. I hate when my wrists touch the edge of a table. I hate when my fingers rub together. I hate the colors green and light grey, because a childhood bully had those preferred clothing colors. I hate eraser marks, or when there is paint outside of the lines. I hate when I notice one of my legs is longer than the other, or my body is assymetrical in any way. I hate when people don't use proper punctuation or capitalization, especially myself. I hate stepping on cracks, or if I take over two steps between said cracks. I hate calling someone on the telephone I haven't called before, or in a long time. I hate when someone sniffs in their snot. I hate having any white showing on my fingernails.

If any of these things happen, I get queasy, weak, and I get a headache. I had a whole lot more, but I forgot them.

Ooh, I just remembered one...

I only listen to AM radio stations, with talking only. I turn on the radio at night and fall asleep to it. When I wake up, I get dressed and stuff and then turn if off when I leave the room for school. But I can NOT NOT NOT turn it off when the person talking is in the middle of a sentence. If I do, I have to turn it back on and wait for a stopping point. The problem is, the people on the radio are trained to have very very small and few rests between sentences (it's a news station) and I get the feeling that they do this because people feel the need to hear the rest of a story or something. And for me, it's an extreme case.

Sometimes I'll sit there for up to 30 seconds waiting for a spot to turn the radio off, when the person has finished the sentence.

And then what's probably more bizarre, I will put the last couple words that were said on the radio into a heavy beat techno-like song, as some songs do that, you know repeating a word or two over and over for each bar. And I'll just hear it in my head for a time until I'm distracted by something else.

Another one, is i'll always left click on the star menu, go up to recent documents, and if there's anything there, i'll right click on the taskbar, then go to the place to delete recent documents. Even if there is only one in there... and most always they're not anything bad.

i do some odd things...

When walking down the street I will often look at every person I pass/as many as possible

If sitting in the back seat of the car, I will lean so that I can see out the front window.

Or, also in the car, used to tilt my head away from edge of road at streetlamps and then back out towards the side...

Wierd...
