Got some stomach flu or something. Liquids coming out on both ends, any suggestions to reduce the "bleah" feeling?
And why do my legs hurt now?
 
I had some kind of stomach problem too about a week ago, but it passed away.
 
anti-biotic cocktail, Colonic irrigation in the form of an enema, vocal chord scraping and complete blood transfusion, STAT!
 
Since you've been expelling so much bodily fluids, you're most likely pretty weak. That would explain why your legs hurt. Drink lots of fluids so that you stay hydrated.
 
I'm afraid the more I drink, the more I'll puke.
 
try eating soup if you have to eat... it will be easy on your stomach.
 
Try some weak things like soup, or weak tea. If you feel really weak I'd stay in bed and just sleep it off. No point trying to carry on if you're really too ill to function.
 
I just threw up again, I can't keep any liquids down. After i puke I feel better, until i drink something, then have to puke again.
 
solution: dont drink anything

your body is trying to get rid of whatever is making it sick ..that means emptying your bowels and your stomach ..drinking/eating will only make you puke again

wait till you've stopped for an hour or so, then drink lots of fluids
 
stern is right... most likely youve eaten or drinken something bad. but later in the day if your stomach is still upset, then its probably not the case and you should just try soup.

If i puke again, I will. Why does it burn when I pee?

I dunno about that but I had a stomach-like flu a couple weeks ago. It wasn't very strong so I just drank lots of water and slept (and worked) it off.

If you are puking you should try something to settle your stomach. DO you have a queasy feeling ni your stomach or is it more of a gag reflex?

Ummm, its kinda hard to describe puking without using both gag reflex and queasyness. Although I'd probably descibe it more as a gag reflex. Didn't realize how hard my body works when I puke until now. Is there an online doctor site where I can put in my symptoms?
 
If you want to eat the best things are probably soup, toast and jelly(jello) (not until your stomach is a bit more settled though, obviously). Get well soon mate :(

I mean if I were me, sick, I would.
Bring a huge glass of tap water, or wherever you get your drinking water, and if you upturn it aim for the head.

I'm at my friends house for a couple days. I'd just feel weird soaking in his tub right now. The neighbors already saw me naked too.
 
I'm out of ideas. I'm kind of a naturalist with these sorts of things. I couldn't tell you any meds or home remedies. People say soup and what not, but you'll just churn it up. I'd keep drinking warm water til it stops. When it does, eat a small amount of something hot and soft. Remember to rinse the acid and stuff out of your mouth and throat.
 
A combination of the following herbs will make you much better:
-Echinacea purpea.
-Raw garlic.
-Raw ginger.
Also take 1 gram of vitamin C.
The echinacea naturally boosts immune function, garlic is a very powerful antibiotic (more wideband than any modern antibiotic) and ginger will numb the nerves in stomach and reduce nausea and make you feel much better.
Vitamin C will help recovery.

I havn't been ill for a few years now, i have been "infected" with the flu before but resolved it within a matter of hours.

I'll take a complex mix of herbs, nutrients and amino acids and lie down listening to trance music..........viri do not stand a chance in my body.

Well, if you want to lose more muscle than fat, yeah good.
Most of the weight that is lost is fluid anyway.
You must stay hydrated, after the ginger and garlic have killed nerves in your stomach you should be able to keep stuff down, get some rehydration salts.
