I got my knee kicked out of it's socket during a kick-spar at training once, all injuries that would actually be relevant to the thread aren't really bad enough to worth mentioning.

Mostly just burning my thumb with the lighter, bong-related incidents.

When I was 4, I went and had poor genetics and got diabetes.

Seriously though, I ran through a screen door when I was 12, tripped over the doorstep, and hit my head on the patio table. Out cold for ten minutes.
