I'm stuck... can someone help me?

Hey, I'm stuck here (see picture) and I really don't know what to do. I've tried to pile up the barrels to reach the enter but it didn't work. Can someone help me?

climb up the ladder and walk on the pipe in the middle. I am stuck in the next room tho.

Okay here is what you do, climb the ladder, get onto that pipe, get onto the railing on the other side of the room. Once you get into the next room you must drop onto another pipe with a wheel handle that you have to turn. The room will fill with water, swim to the top and go into the next room, then you can swim into that round red opening that you can see in your picture. Good Luck!

i dunno about you guys but with the ladder i couldnt get on that pipe
so in ur pic, i turned around, went up to that walkway, right next to the pipe, stand on the railing and jump onto the pipe

to get onto the pipe, climb the ladder, turn around (face the pipe) and then walk backwards. For some reason that works.

hahaha i did pass but i didnt do any of that. I dropped some barrels down the ladder, pilled them up and jump to get in the pipe. Then in the other room, i climbed the ladder and i couldnt reach the other side so i just dropped a grenade and it propulsed me on the other side.

Whoa!! I was hoping someone had the same problem as me. This frustrated me to no avail. I spent a good 20 minutes going back and forth between the two rooms trying to find a way thru that big red lit up passage. Who knew it was as simple as turning a VALVE!!!

But, seriously. I'm an avid gamer and that's the first thing I thought about. Raising the water level. But, I COULDN'T FIND THE ****ING VALVE!!
