i'm stuck in the water hazard still

i'm stuck where the helicopter drops mines at me and shoots. also there's a big ship on one side of the water and higher up from the ship on the same side is orange containers but i can't get to the container.

Kill the helicopter then climb up to the switch by the big gate.

Just keep shooting the crap out of the heli...Everything else is easy.
