I once surfed the web from my OpenBSD system using Lynx. It was nothing short of amazing (that I got things working).

Anyone know WHAT I need to get a linux terminal working?

We used a program in School called tarantula to connect to a server. Then we could use the program to start Red Hat, or rather bring up the desktop. We were like 10 people connected to the same server, all using different usernames. I'd like to setup a simmilar thing here at home. Anyone know how I should begin? IE what hardware I need or something?
