You miss the point - it's an image dump, not a thread for trivial discussion. Enforcing an "images with every post" rule ensures that the thread will stay coherent.

It's from the second part of this film called "Tokyo!" which is actually 3 short films (unrelated to each other), all of which take place in Tokyo.

It's a pretty interesting film. Each part is worth watching, but I liked the second one best.
