Nah, it was MS Paint. You can tell because they didn't even make him bounce when he hit the ground. Thats a common MS Paint mistake.

It's obvious if you think about it, most things bounce on impact, even if it is just a little bit. So I would certainly expect a human, full of water and "rubbery" flesh and organs to bounce when falling from a high building.

In fact, I remember reading somewhere that on a lot of survivable falls, the person often dies from the second fall after they bounce because their head isn't covered.

Also, when I worked at sears, some pretty good looking indian lady got her dress caught in one at the bottom and it yanked her down until it ripped her clothes off and broke the escalator. And I was at the cash register not 10 feet in front of it. Best day at work ever.
