The guy with the glasses is the Vader. The guy who does C3P0 isn't in the picture. He would be about the same size as Mark Hamill.

Guy in picture is David Prowse - He's the one in the suit

The voice of Vader is none other than James Earl Jones

And the guy from VI that takes the mask off is Sebastian Shaw. He was only in that scene and the ghost scene.
