No, it's probably because the file is in the .png format, which is probably the shittiest format around. He most likely had to size it down in order to meet the maximum allowed file size.

Png has by far the best compression (smallest file size) for lossless photos. The only reason .bmp is still around anymore is because some uses of images cannot use compression. (.bmp is also lossless, but not compressed)

Yea fo sho, png is best for MS Paint. Otherwise I just use 12 quality jpeg in photoshop lol.

but even 12 quality, each time you save the file, it is compressed and some quality is lost with jpeg, so keep that in mind if the image has to be edited many times.

Also, if you are using 12 quality, the file size is very large compared to 9 or 10. I'll bet you can't tell a difference in image quality.

EDIT: or maybe quality isn't lost at 12, I don't know. I had never heard of lossless JPEG until now.

Doubt it. Notice how the width is 1024. That's probably what Photobucket's auto resizing puts it at.

I think its meant to show that linux users hate microsoft just for the sake of hating while they arent that great themselves, while on the bottom it shows that microsoft evolves without bitching about other OS's. Overall its meant to show Linux users hypocrisy.
