David strikes is the guy behind http://www.imagine-center.com/ he visits any and every mod team to work with them to get sources.

He will get you to make art/models and offer pay. After a while he will try to get you to sign a NDA that states he owns your work. If you don't sign he doesn't pay!

Whats worse is if he is hosting you and has your files he locks you out as he did to NMRIH No More Room In Hell, so if he approaches you tell me as I have had a long out discussion that the mod community will not tolerate his kind and I will destroy him. I am in my initial stages.... Thanks for any support!

Basically ignore imagine center dot com, because the guy behind the website is a liar. He will review your custom made graphics (models/pictures/ie) and get you to make some for him. He promises for your services that he will pay you. Unfortunately when you submit your work he wants you to sign a NDAgreement so that he owns your work, and if you dont sign the agreement he wont pay you. And then your art files are locked in his digital possession

Well, it's an actual photograph of someone who watched their town get destroyed, so I think it has more power unedited, but yeah, it's really tough to get that from the pic.
