Sound Problem

Just recently I accidently deleted the Realtek Sound Manager from my computer. :flame:
After that, I was furious because now I have NO SOUND! :( :flame:
I searched for downloads of Realtek Sound Manager on the internet and downloaded this and this. But no help arrived from either of those. Why??? They just seemed to be drivers and utilities. I am not completely sure what to do. I don't know if I need a whole new Sound/Sound Card program or what. ??? :( :flame: I am very much confused on this whole process. If anyone could help, my gratitude and respect will be with you always. In other words, I would greatly appreciate your help to the greatest extent.

What do I need to do about this???
Could someone please guide me through the solution to my aggravating problem?

*Also, I now have no Sound icon on my Taskbar. Also, when I go to the Control Panel, then Sounds and Audio Devices-it says that there is no Audio device. Why??? I need help!!!

?!?!?!?!?!??! ;(

Sorry for the screaming, confusion, and upset smilies I put in. I am just very upset at the moment. :(

**Music CDs and Windows sounds will not play. ERROR!
Edit: I think I have an AC97.
