importing models?

where do you guys get your custom models and such? i'm really looking to add a helicopter and a few other things but have had no such luck... i found a helicopter but it was in rmf form or something and it was seen as an adobe reader file so i don't know what to do with it... so if you guys have any sites for good models let me know

With an annoying amount of difficulty is the answer. I gave up since I couldn't be bothered, and went back to UnrealEd, File > Import, woooooooooooot.

But... can you get new model ? you can use in a cs map ?
