if hl2 is out 30th i still wont be able to play cuz my currant pc wont be able to play it...128mb sdram .. i dont think so...go to w8 till the end of october till i can build my own pc with

amd xp 3000+ barton
9800 pro 129mb
1024mb ddr
120gig 7200rpm hdd
and so on :D

so what ever the release date is ill be happy :D

On september 30th, i'm going to lock myself in my room, call in sick for school, and play half-life 2 until i get bored with it. That would qualify as 36000 hours! :D

you're forgeting the mods. you got a whole life time of playing before getting bored with it :)
 
Perhaps I am forgetting about the mods. I'll be modding away as well, which that plus playing hl2 will qualify as 600000 hours!!!! :bounce:
 
I hope Gabe stays quiet and leaves us to figure everything out. It'd be interesting to watch all the chaos. I'm sure everyone will start to go crazy and email Valve or run over to Eb to see if it's there and then the first guy home from EB with the game will go crazy on this message board and let everyone know it's out and then we'll all go get it.

Anyway we all know it's delayed, so we may as well face it.

It's just the most stupid thing in the world not to announce for definite when the date is, i think gabes lack of blood to the brain must be affecting him (because of teh constricted arteries!!1!1one!1)

I will be extremely suprised if it isn't delayed.

It's just over 2 weeks until the supposed release and no definite announcement. Seems like delay behaviour to me.
