Ok, holy shit. I'm actually freaked out right now.

I was just sitting outside talking on the phone and just lying there on my hammock. It was about 00.30 and something literally took the breathe out of me, I kinda felt like I died for a second.

I was just lying there chatting away and in the sky just over the road I suddenly saw this flash of light. Following that the fence behind me rattled and I heard a sudden but short noise which kinda sounded like a "whoosh" and a "zzummm" at the same time. At the same time it felt like a sudden gust of air blew over me (which I assume is why the fence rattled too) and I felt so empty, felt as though the life got sucked out of me.

I was so ****in' freaked out, had chills running all up my spine after that. I dunno what the **** it was, or if it was even anything, maybe just a gust of wind and my mind playing tricks or something.

Scary thing is me and the girl I was talking to on the phone were talking about aliens prior to this.

Getting chills just writing this. What the **** just happened to me? :|

I'm actually kind of jealous because I always wanted something like that to happen to me just so that I can believe a little harder that they DO exist

What sort of light? Was the light moving? What color? What? what?What?

Oh yeah check your balls to see if they are working fine.
 
Oh yeah, was a White light, about the width of a house, say 5 maybe 6 metres. Looked flat to me and was an oval shape. The light like flashed on and went off immediately. I didn't see anything out of the ordinary after that, just heard the fence rattle and felt the gust of wind and the noise.
 
It's always the type of people that have hammocks that come up with stories like this...

Same here. I'm a strong believer in aliens. Love shit to do with space. So this was a pretty awesome, kinda scary experience.

Yep, in good old England. Not heard any other sightings of such a thing.

And no I'm not making it up, it scared the shit out of me when it happened. Still kinda freaks me out now :/

I'm a strong believer in aliens and study astronomy during my spare time, doesn't mean I believe they've actually visited EARTH though.:)
I'd say the most logical answer was some form of jet aircraft, I can't explain the light but having had a JAS Gripen flown above me I am familiar with the wind sensation etc.
 
They may have visited Earth. Of course we probably wouldn't know if they did. Damn sneaky aliens ?_?

Well it didn't sound like any jet I have heard if it was a jet. Still an ace experience :D

Just taking a guess, I believe in the extraterrestial visiting us as well.
 
I prefer not to believe in extraterrestial visiting us until we have some solid proof of it, and not just conspiracy theorists and people CLAIMING they have had an alien stick his peepee up their poopoo for scientific purposes.

There were one or two cars going around yeah. But with my road it isn't really possible to go fast because of the way it is. Plus the road was like maybe 10 metres away from me at the time, with a fence between me and the road too.

It probably was a car or something like that now come to think of it. Maybe. Kinda doesn't explain the light in the sky though D:
