Inauguration

Didn't see a thread about the Inauguration. Is anyone here going to see it or at least, watch it? I've been debating for the past two hours to just head down there right now (D.C. is just a few miles from me.)

Metro opened at 4am, and already people were lined up at many stations well before the gates opened to get in the trains. Already there are a few hundred people on the mall grounds and the parade route. My only problem at this point, is getting a group to go down there with.

msnbc has a few hiccups, but I bet they all do, there's gotta be so many people from all over the world watching the live streams which aren't so live anymore, 12:20 on my pc and 12:16 on msnbc's stream, difference was a few seconds when I started watching.

he says "why? because of his niggerguration? heh heh"

needless to say this guy is hated by pretty much everyone in the office but the owner likes him for some odd reason

not worth losing my job over. I've had a yelling match with this guy before ...one of those jabbing finger a few inches from his face kinda arguments. he's tried to be nice to me ever since but he fails cuz he's just naturally an asshole

We did too. We all had a meeting and one of my co-workers brought a TV so we all took a break from the meeting and watched. It was awesome.

Also, anyone like the way Warren pronounced Obama's kids' names? Just like the newscasters who go overboard with their pronounciation of anything remotely un-Anglican. It just sounded really creepy when he did it. It just adds to my already pretty-darn-low opinion of him.
