Also, as I was digging through my 'screenshots' directory, I came across a pretty neat image that was taken on vt_quagmire. It is when I was standing right outside the shield to a base, and it shows off the effect (shader) nicely, so enjoy this as well:
Also, we are getting pretty close. We are currently in need of some help. I originally posted this on the development team (hidden) forums, but I figured I can post it here to let the public and talent that is interested know what exactly is left.

Model-oriented:
01. Rig the Gladiator Vehicle model (HL2 Buggy rig)
02. Rig the Sceptor Vehicle model (HL2 Buggy rig)
03. Need animations for Plasma SMG weapon.
04. Need animations for Cell Rifle weapon.
Texture-oriented:
01. Need skin for Plasma Shotgun weapon.
02. Need skin for Cell Pistol weapon.
03. Need skin for Plasma SMG weapon.
if worst comes to worst, I, Praz, will skin all of the above.
Audio-oriented:

Bug Fixes:
01. w_model weapons not displaying muzzle flashes after the first shot. It will only display the muzzle for the first shot, and you have to wait 40-80 seconds until another would appear. We believe its a simple frame fix, as our idle.smd is currently using 100 frames and we believe that it needs to use only 1 frame.
02. Static camera for the vehicle code - being developed by the help of the Strider mod team - Thank you.
That pretty much sums it up for the most part for the First Public Beta Release (v1.0.0) of Incoming Source. We are currently working on those aspect, as well as a few other aspects for content / features that are going to be added and included in future releases. We are still hiring, we will not list positions as that limits people and we are always happy to hear from people that possess talent and the passion to help us make this dream come alive.

Also, I am already aware of certain spots and aspects that we need to be able to fill and complete for future updates and releases after the first initial public release.
We are specifically looking for someone that can help us rig models. These models include tanks (vertical tanks, which also have the ability of going on their treads) and dinosaur models. If you can help us rig these, we have animators that can do the rest.
Weapon Skinners: We recently lost the very talented VertThrasher due to real life catching up with him (as it recently tried to do with me, but I luckily drop kicked in the throat). If you are a weapon skinner, please contact me with some samples. We'd be more than happy to have you. The weapons consist of humanary weapons, which are metals, polymers, and other common materials that I'm sure you are aware of. There are also alien (Altair) weaponry, which are metal-based and have a more sleek design when compared to the human weaponry.
