What. No, it never crossed my mind.

I didn't realize they were from Europe until after I posted it, and so I added the text only to clarify that these aren't the only soldiers lost. I got this in an email, and I took some liberties [removed quite a bit of text] because it was wandering.

Anyway, I just realized it was the 4th, so I figured I'd make a thread as is the tradition here every year.

I did not know these grave sites existed before today, so I'm seeing them for the first time myself. They're kind of beautiful.

You don't have to celebrate, but personally, I'm always looking for an excuse. :cheers:
