Informative speech

The time has come for me to make an informative speech in a couple of weeks guise.

I had briefly thought about speaking about self-help. But that shit sucks, c'mon :V

So far my choice of topics include the War on Drugs, gun control, and illegal immigration.

But I know that since some of you are well acquainted with the sciences I thought I'd ask if there were any interesting topics I could talk about that you know (e.g. the LHC, although a chick already has that one etc.). Talking about Science is always cool, but anything goes! If you have something taboo or controversial than it'd be even better.

Demographics?

The class is around the ages of 19 and 20. There are 23 women and 7 men. All are religious, predominately Catholic. Most are at the freshman/sophomore level.
