Installing the Hardcano 9 unit

It says to slip the sensor under the cpu and to thread the wires for it around the processor pins. I'm wondering...how the hell this can be accomplished without keeping some of the pins partially out of their sockets. How did any of you set yours up? I think i remember reading reviews for the case of people putting it between the cpu and heatsink, but i'm not sure. would doing that mess up the thermal grease stuff like arctic silver?

the hardcano isnt even worth it bro. take it out, make more space in ur case, and its not needed.
