Interesting Graffiti

So, I was running through the city in "Follow Freeman," and I saw some rather Interesting Graffiti. Thoughts, anyone?

It appears in numerous places throughout the game.

What is the word next to it supposed to say? I can't really read it.

That is all over the place, even on a few of the houses on the buggy levels.

It could be something about the Resistance hiding your children, or fight so you can have children or something of the sort ^^

Someone has said that this picture would be a female combine taking care of a human child... maybe?

Apparently from the leak there was this whole part about the combine stealing children and using them as slaves, or something. Dunno, never played it. But this might be part of the art that was created with that in mind, and they kept it once the idea was removed.

it might just be propoganda, showing that the combine want to care for the humans or something, no idea... but i really do like the grafitti in this game

I took it to be Resistance propaganda. The combine taking care of the human 'infants' isn't really nurturing, but it creates a caste system. The baby looks scared for a reason.
