Internet Option Use Blank error

Yesterday, at leaving office, I was just accessing the network PC through my computer, I was just trying to open excel file, suddenly the computer & excel file goes hang, I however able to get through this until this ****ing error (link posted below) has come. Now I can't change (use current, use blank & Use default) this, probably I know this is some type of Spam or virus, but this virus or Spam has breakdown the virus shield, now I don't want to format the computer for removing virus. Plz... Help thanks in advance.

I had tried at that moment only, It detects but can't qurantine or remove.

ok I tried this also, same error. I think I have to format the PC.
