For gods sake. Van, having no clipped may well be the cause of your problem, as you won't activate triggers like that. If the ships meant to sit there till you reach a certain point, and you no clipped past that point, it wouldn't move.

Try loading from the start of the map and going through without no clipping.

Well I've been noclipping and speed hopping so that would most definitely be the only cause for the problem, accept I distinctly remember it happening while I was in the buggy. But yeah, I pointed that flaw out in my request for help.

edit: i noclipped in the water boat chapter one\ce and a dropship froze where it was.
