inverted model in-game ?

hello,
i made a prop_static for our map, and when it wa compiled in-game the model was turned inside out, flipped polys. I found this link:

I did this a dozen times on every possible way, and still it's turned in-game? I'm really stuck on this at the moment, i hope anyone can help me out with this!

you may want to try to invert the polygons, but what modelling program are you using?
 
well, i already did that, but we found the problem, something to do with the alpha channel and the .vmf file while compiling, so it's fixed.
