I don't think many companies would appreciate it.
It's Disney's IP, and it's already been liscenced into a recent game by some game dev company.

well, there already is a recent game, Tron 2.0 which was cool, but an update with the source engine would be pretty awesome, imagine lightcycle races in the source engine with the physics... *drools*
