Is my CS:S folder supposed to be 22MB?

My CS:S folder in
"F:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\my email\counter-strike source beta"
is only 22.4MB.

My "counter-strike source base content.gcf" is 3MB.
My "counter-strike source shared content.gcf" is 446MB

Are these all correct? The game won't work and it has stoped downloading a while ago. I only get the boot up screen, then crash to desktop.

Try to logout Steam and login again, probably Steam hasn't downloaded the entire game yet.

I just check mine too 23.1 megs, when I check it in steam it says it's :

Amount Acquired: 100%
Offline Mode: Ready
