Is Run Like Hell worth getting?

I was at the local Target recently and in the bargain bin was Run Like Hell: Hunt or be Hunted. I've been wanting to play this for a long time, mostly since it looks like The Thing and Resident Evil which are both decent survival horror games, but I really can't make up my mind. I normally don't trust reviews, so here I am asking a forum if a game is worth getting....

I am pretty sure this is the game I tried when my cousin rented it once. It was pretty crappy to be honest. The Thing was a lot better.
