Is the intro screen supposed to show wireframes???

Hi everyone, I am getting wierd wireframes on my intro screen, do they all do this?? I cant imagine valve leaving it this way. THanks

No. I suspect it's due to the unlock not happening unsuccessfuly. I had the same thing on ONE of my computers. Other worked fine. Am copying files from computer that worked. Will let you know.
