Is there a diffrence? Between pc or xbox?

hey,
I played h/l on my PC, when h/l2 came out I waited until it was released on Xbox. Is there a storyline diffrence between the 2?

its a prety big graphical difference, but its still one of the best looking xbox games. crosshair is a bit different, and it has some added lighting effects, though i dont see them it says their there.

There were a few things cut out. Mutliplayer for one and some very minor easter eggs.

Some levels have added tunnels, other sections have been scaled down, there's less enemies, props and pick ups as well.

There is a mod-team working on it actually, they're just taking their sweet time (they are still active though). Story is that Gearbox were once going to do it, but even by the time the got Blue Shift to PC retail, Half-Life was an aged beast. The website for the Decay port can be found by putting "hl2 source" into google. For some reason or other, the url is blocked by hl2.net.

Well, "fool" is a synonym of "completist" or "diehard fan", so remember how to gloss over your decision if ever called on to justify your decision

Let me reiterate.

Considering FPS, PC > Console

Considering fun and living and whatnot, Life > everything.

Therefore naturally Life > PC, but not necessarily Life > PC > * as * pertains to everything.

Im going to say it all depends on what pc you have, If you have a Alienwear with all the best stuff in it such as me, the pc might be just a hair better, But overall I would have to say the xbox is better!

dude...everytime a new wave of consoles hits, people scream its gonna replace pc's and what not...everytime they look great, a year or so goes by, and the computer surpasses it..unlimited upgradability vs static, occasional upgrades.......sure we may I have to wait for the latest video card, but I can do anything I want to a pc...consoles just have gimicks that make you think you're customizing it :dork: :cheese: :bounce:
