Is there a way to change weapon skins in CS 1.6?

I can't find the folder to put weapons skins in for CS 1.6 in steam. Is there any way to do it?

Put your skins in here:

C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\[email protected]\counter-strike\cstrike\models

Basically you just treat
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\[email protected]\counter-strike\cstrike\
like the normal old cstrike folder
