Is there anybody good at manipulating gifs

I was messing around with some software called Smartmorph and came up with an interesting animated gif. However, it is huge and i would like it to be avitar sized, but i cannot get it smaller than 84k. could i get some help.

The maximum width for the avatars on this forum is 50 pixels, so with that in mind i've re-sized it to a width of 50, which optimized gave a file of 60 somethin kilobytes.

hope this is sufficient.

Nope, has to be <20KB

I'll give it a shot, but as every frame is entirely different it'll be hard to get the size down without cutting frames.

very nice avatar, and well done to greenbunny to resizing it.if in doubt, put the colors down... usually the colours are 250, but you only actualy need about 50. saves a lot of space, too.
