Is this a new weapon for Combine?

I hope this hasn't been posted already, but I think this could be a new weapon. Look at the picture I attached in my post. It shows a combine soldier shooting some pistol-like weapon, but it looks more like some one handed assault rifle. Like an uzi, but with a bigger clip. The flame coming from the weapon is very nice. I've circled the weapon so it would be easier to notice.
