It's a homosexual joke. The man behind wants to touch and it scares him. Didn't make me laugh, but you got one HA out of me for the South Park reference because that was pretty sad.

the joke is actually morrisey's choice of tiewear in relation to his scheduling encorporation. its actually rather humorous when you take into account the redundancies of his shoes with regards to his slack attire and addressing worksmenship.
