They won't have an announcement until like a week after it's "active"
Because thats the way VAC works... When VAC detects you have hacks, it marks it down and puts you on the ban list, but it takes a week before you are banned, that way it's harder for hackers to tell when their hack is VAC-proof or when its not because of the time delay (it varies too, you just all of a sudden get banned for something you did a week or ago or so..)
It will just say "Downloading Security Module" when its active most likely.
