Issue w/ connecting to HL2DM servers, please help!!

Hey guys, I've had an irritating prob w/ HL2DM ever since it was released. In the screen where you select which server to join, I don't get a list of servers to join. Instead i have a message that says "Could not contact master game server to receive server list". This is strange becasue my internet connection is fine, i can run CS: Source and join multiplayer games ok, but i get the same message every time on HL2DM. I can hit refresh 20 times and it gives me the same message.
Any ideas??
