It dissapears once the installation is complete, help me!

Just re-installed my windows and reformatted my D: partion where i keep all my games etc. Decided to try DOOM3 with my new Creative X-Fi soundcard and once I've installed the game to D: it dissapears, during the installation there is a DOOM3 dir though, but as I said, it dissapears to nowhere right after I've finished the installation.

This has never happened before and I'm all scared and confused about this.
I tryed twice, trying to install BF2 atm.

EDIT: I can however transfer files to D:, but installing seems to be abit of a problem ;(
