And there is a sleep aid pill commercial on TV every time commercials roll around..

You think it's trying to tell me something?

Go to sleep.
Don't use pills.
See a doctor.

I'm just not tired yet, that's the problem. If I try to sleep, I'll just lay there....laying...and not sleeping. I'm not saying I'm going to go buy some pills to sleep, hell, if I needed to sleep THAT bad, I'd just go drink some taquilla.

If you can't sleep, don't force yourself to sleep. It makes the situation worse. Do something beside the bed, like reading (not computer game). Do it until you are tired. Never force yourself to sleep. And pills are not a long-term solution.

Bullet + stomach = solution.

Wait, nvm....

Bullet + somebody else's stomach = solution.

Power solves all, and power comes from the barrel of a gun. About 3000+ joules of it.

Lol, if you can't sleep, go out the back and have some long hard games of....

ping pong, that always seems to put me to sleep...

It takes a while for me to fall asleep to. Sometimes a half n hour, sometimes 2 hours. However I find putting on a movie puts me right to sleep. I was watching Clerks 2 days ago and feel asleep very early on the movie. Thankfully I recorded it so I watched it once I woke up.

Apparently it's trying to tell you that you should make a post on halflife2.net.

That's what I was thinking. :P

But no need to be alarmed! I fell asleep last night at about 5:30! woo. \=

I occasionally use little pills that are comprised of melatonin. They're not sleeping pills, but rather sleeping aids. They have the benefit of making me sleep sooner with less tossing and turning since they can drowse me if I remain inactive. But they also help me wake up earlier depending on how my sleep schedule is.

So at times, I either use them when I just want to get to bed earlier than my body would want, or when I need to wake up early.

I woke up at 4:15 AM (well really 5:15 Eastern but then I got on a plane and flew to Central). I haven't taken a nap, not even on the plane. I was tired around 3:30 PM and now it's 12:30 AM. I tried sending a simple email and screwed up twice. Yay insomnia!

Sleeping pills are for the weak. :)
