So I'm at home tonight and my room mate who works at Shorewood packaging in springfield, Oregon comes home and he says "Hey! What's the name of that game your always talking about?". I say "Half life 2". And he says "I thought so. I saw a big old palete of Printed Half Life 2 boxes at work today. their going to cut and glue them tomorrow."

<Me falls out of chair in convulsions>

Every word of this is true and after they do the cuts my room mate is going to see if he can take some of the test cuts home. I'll take a picture with the digial camera and post it here.

I'm just amazed that their printing the boxes so close to my home. I would have thought they would print them someplace like LA or Seattle...

Now I know why their printing so close. Shorewood has plants all over the stinking place. Their probably printing them by region and then shipping the boxes to the CD Pressing plants.

Still, It depends on if they let my room mate take the test cuts.. I can't imagine why they wouldn't but who knows how much secrecy they are going to make the distributors abide by.
