Patch 1.22 just came up on ea downloader - 3 hours until release
Don't think anyone saw this coming - it can only mean Armored Fury is coming very soon seeing as 1.21 didnt need fixing
 
Turns out it is a hotfix after all :(

- Improved server stability
- Adjusted Tiger attackhelo steering
- Added delay on crosshair adjustment for support weapons when going prone
- Adjusted deviance for MG36 and PKM to bring them in line with other support weapons
- P90 increased firerate to 900

Plus a few map bugs on Karkand, Dragon and Great Wall

PKM nerfing \0/ - i stopped using it and returned to the SAW, felt like cheating when you were using the PKM
 
will the PKM still wtf pwn? I wish I had unlocked it instead of the sniper rifle and the G3 :(
 
the PKM always owned - it was my first unlock
i'd imagine its now identical in stats to the SAW - so yes it will still own, you just won't be able to snipe people with it more effectively than with an M95
 
What about the new sniperrifle they added is that thing as good as the m24.
 
Sounds good, getting mowed down by the PKM was never fun :|
 
2 hotfixes for one patch, and they STILL havn't fixed hte stupid explosive thing that they did. Retarded explosives not hurting teamates.
 
I'd be satisfied if the trigger radius weren't in a 15 feet radius

Nice, suprise patch. This seems to fix a lot of the issues, nice one EA.Of course, assuming that it actually works, and doesnt introduce more bugs.
Hopefully there will be less PKM snipers now.

ahh fix the c4 thing. The one where you cant throw it. I hate that i wish they didnt change that
 
I like how they have only released the patch on the downloader first. I don't think everyone uses it seeing as not EVERYONE has XP.
 
i wish i had unlocked the new sniper rifle :( now i have to wait like 3000 more points before i can get it :(

the m95 sucks so hard it could remove chrome off a trailer hitch.
 
I managed to snag the SF sniper off of a dropped kit... man this thing rocks... I was so sad I had to see it go when I was killed :(
 
I wanted to buy SF just for the sniper rifle, but then again... Id be paying 30 dollars just for the rifle, as I find nothing else desirable in SF.
 
I wish the badges did something, like if i get a veteran sniper badge, then +2 to accuracy...or something.

I'm basically in the same boat, except I like the F2000 and MG36E medic gun. I don't really care for the SF gameplay, but I do want the weapons ... which aren't justified paying $30 bucks for it :(

The weapons aren't even good enough for me to oogle over. Personally, I'll stick with the defaults. Hell, I should get good at them, just in case I somehow miraculously get into a match.
 
The rifle on the other hand combines every good quality of the M89 and the the M24. It's pretty much the superior rifle.
 
Its pretty ****ing lame that they did that. Seems like a cheap tactic to get an extra 30 bucks off us.

Elaborate on 'lag out of', do you get the Connection to Server Lost message?

Do you lag out immediately or say, after 5 - 10 mins?
 
I join the game, and within 10 seconds i've lagged out. Every other game plays perfectly though :(
 
Try a complete re-install..

Also do you get the Connection to Server Lost message?

If the re-install doesn't work try update / swap your Router firmware, that fixed the problem for me (I'd get disconnected every 5-10 mins).
 
Just read the release notes again -- What was the "great wall exploit" they were talking about?
 
ive installed it, and played and it doesnt reconize that i have 1.2...
