I was in one of my local grocery chain stores yesterday, and the place was just absolutely littered with Christmas decor, as it probably has been since November 1st. The hilarious moment came when I saw these business casual types, who were obviously analyzing the setup of the store (maybe representing the franchise owner), take a look at flowers near the entrance and ask each other "Do these really say 'Christmas' to you?"

Darkside do you think I live under a rock? Of course I know this. I saw two shops with Christmas decorations up the day before Halloween this year.

I'm not going to set my goddamn moral compass by when HMV puts up tinsel. Christmas doesn't start until December the 8th and if you start singing Christmas songs before then you deserve to have jingle bells shoved down your throat!

There are the people who have Christmas avatars/listen to Christmas music all year round but those are a different case.
