One time I was banned from a forum for providing a gameplay tip/hint on a multiplayer mod that very few people play and, as such, it was classified as spam.

Another time I was banned for arguing with a moderator (some years later, I read on that board that the narcissistic twat of a moderator who banned me got banned, himself, though).

But the one that takes the cake would be the time I got banned from a forum the INSTANT I registered because my name contained some grouping of words that could be interpreted as sexual innuendo that I didn't even notice or think about (I was 14 at the time). You would think that the registration process would simply cease to continue and require you to use a different name. But nope.
