which I'm sure you'd agree doesn't sound very opinion-like.

Yep it does, especially after i said it was an opinion. Kind of blatantly stated it there huh?

Not true, the Cry-Engine can handle vehicles much better than Source. All three screenshots are of vehicles, so I can assume it's going to be similar to Star Wars: Battlefront (mostly vehicles). If it turns out to be vehicles mostly, I'll be playing it on the Cry-Engine. Not Source.

where does it say anything about opinion? This is what people were replying to. I was trying to point out to other people and yourself than it was your opinion since most people were ignoring the reply you made after which stated that.

Have you guys ever heard of the middle earth mod for morrowind? http://memod.co.uk/ they were in development for well over a year until they got shutdown, you guys might want to look into getting permission, nothing would be worse than seeing all that hardwork go to waste

I don't know about any of you but I haven't been able to access their site for months, I keep getting "cannot display page" or "501" errors.

I hope this turns out well. Lucas Arts could shut down your MOD at any time for any reason (including no reason at all) - they'll obviously shut you dow n if you try to sell it, but another reason they might shut you down is if you make the MOD too good (and I'm not joking).

Realistically speaking it is a VERY bad idea to touch other's IP unless you have a signed contract, even if they seem to say it's ok.
