Had the T-shirt said 'Jesus doesn't exist' which is blasphemy he would not have been arrested, but it said the word 'c*nt', which is offensive to some people. It's a stupid law, but it's a stupid secular law, stop blaming Christians

Why would I need to study evolution?, I learned about it ages ago, its not like the Bible and you need to keep re-interpreting the meanings to suit your needs (ignoring the fact the literal meanings are the only valid ones), you learn evolution, you appreciate the fact its a solid theorem with evidence and secure grounding in reality, and move on.



But thats off-topic, again, the kid wont be punished because doing so would meet with lawsuit so fast the paddy wagon dragging him off to juvie/prison would have to turn round just as it got to the gates to take him back to the court just long enough to collect his big cash payoff.

Plus allot of people think Jesus was a ****, no prison system could handle that many wrongfully imprisoned people.

The law the kid was charged under indicated it was due to the word ****, and they didn't carry out the arrest so they are irrelevant, and of course this is a Christianity bashing thread, so that may be what they are complaining about.

The reason however for the stories popularity is the sensationalism that Christians are imposing their morality on others. With the Christian part removed this is a non-story.

how so? besides the subtitle no one has mentioned blasphemy. and christians do impose their morals on other people; western societal morals are derived from christian morality

The arresting officer said he was not religious and found it offensive. Under Australian law public use of swear words is illegal because it's considered offensive. Your still trying to twist this into a Christian issue when the facts don't support that. It was offensive because of the word c*nt.
