let me tell a little story:
I buy a 256mb jump drive from newegg, just 'cause it was cheap and I didn't have one at the time. It's this one to be specific
so I'm using it and loving it, it's been perfect. very handy. Then, in my pc repair class I plug the jump drive in as always and it never came on. by that I mean, the light never even flickered and nothing happened (usually the light comes on and stays on while it's in the drive). So at first I think, hmmm, maybe it's just this computer. No go. I tried it in like 10 different computer each with the same result. I'd never heard of this happening, but anyways, I send it back to newegg and they gave me another one (newegg rocks btw).
New jump drive comes. Same story, it's great for about a week and a half. Then yesterday I plug it in my machine and nothing happens. dead. (note: I make this point because it died in two different machines)
so what gives? is sandisk just making junk? I want a reliable jump drive.
